Order Cancellation >

If you change your mind about your order you can cancel it anytime before you receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. You can do so by sending us an email, including your order confirmation number, at: support@curiousstreet.com or by calling us on +30 210-5759405. If you have already received a dispatch confirmation email, you can no longer cancel your order. You will have to receive it and then send it back to us. For more details please check the Returns section below.

Exchanges >

We can exchange a product for the same product in a different size or colour, given it is marked at the same price and subject to availability.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges outside of this period will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange something, please follow the Returns procedure outlined above

We will send your new product to the original shipping address.

In case you want to buy a different product - different price or product code - you will need to return your original order and order the product you want separately.

If the product you want is not available, the company will issue a refund order to the bank within 14 calendar days after receiving your return or proof of dispatch of your return. Please note that, the company is not required to reimburse additional shipping costs if the customer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method.

In the event you have paid for your product via the cash-on-delivery option, please contact us on support@curiousstreet.com or call us on +30 210-5759405, to provide us with a bank account where we can deposit your refund.

Returns received outside the 14 calendar days time frame will not be accepted.
Faulty Items >

Faulty items will only be accepted if the products were damaged on arrival.

In this case, you should contact us via email at support@curiousstreet.com.

All items returned as faulty will be checked and if deemed subject to fair wear and tear, they will not be accepted.

Defective products will be replaced with new, in the same colour and size, if in stock.

If the same product is not available in our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your account in accordance with the above.
